Student: PhD Student, PostDoc and researcher (32 years old or younger @1st of July 2027) without permanent position.
Registration cancellation Terms
Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Korilù secretariat.
For cancellations received before April 5, 2027, a full refund less an administration charge of (€60) will be granted. For cancellation after this date no refund will be made. If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague. Change of participant name is free of charge. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Social Dinner Cancellation – From June 1, 2027, 100% cancellation fee applies.
VISA Invitation letters
Visa letters will only be provided once registration as well as registration feeshave been finalized. To receive your invitation letter, please send an email to congressi@korilu.it.
We recommend that you book and pay for accommodation for the entire duration of your stay and include this information in your Visa application
